Cultivating a deeper understanding of our body's wisdom
What is "Body Wisdom?" "Body Wisdom" is the innate language and intuition that our body uses to communicate what we need at any given moment whether physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual. It's the little voice that tells us to drive home a different way that day. Then we find out there was a huge accident on our normal route. It's the knot in the pit of our stomach when we suspect we're being lied to. Then we find out we were. It's the body aches we experience when we're feeling depressed. It's the full body chills that we get when we speak our Truth. These subtle cues are our body's way of speaking to us. By cultivating our understanding of this internal dialogue, we are able to promote wisdom, healing and wellness holistically – body, mind and spirit.
